- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
- Generate new leads and manage the business development pipeline
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate with prospective clients and partners to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed assigned business development and revenue targets
Requirements
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the UAE healthcare market is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- UAE driving license
