Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries.
- Provide basic information about company services and policies.
- Support different departments in daily operations as needed.
Skills
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
