About the Role
Noble Veterinary Clinic is looking for a dedicated Cleaner & Maintenance Assistant to keep their clinics clean and well-maintained. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize consultation rooms, treatment areas, offices, waiting areas, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain cleanliness throughout the clinic
- Dispose of waste safely and follow proper hygiene and infection control procedures
- Refill cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is running low
- Perform routine inspections to ensure the clinic remains clean, safe, and presentable
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as painting touch ups, replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, assembling furniture, and minor repairs
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment requiring repair
- Assist with moving furniture, deliveries, and general clinic setup when needed
- Ensure outdoor areas, entrances, and staff facilities are clean and well maintained
- Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies
- Support the team with other housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or maintenance is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Honest, dependable, punctual, and self motivated
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic maintenance skills such as painting, minor repairs, changing light bulbs, assembling furniture, and using basic hand tools are a strong advantage
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe handling procedures
- Ability to identify and report maintenance issues promptly
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
