- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
- Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries
- Provide basic information about company services and policies
- Support different departments in daily operations as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
- Professional appearance and positive, customer oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English (Required)
- 1 year of receptionist experience (Required)
