Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for animals
- Conduct routine surgical procedures
- Provide preventive care including vaccination protocols and parasite control
- Interpret laboratory tests and imaging results for evidence based decisions
- Communicate medical information clearly to clients and build trust
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification with valid license to practice in UAE
- Large animal experience (Horse/Cow/Buffalo/Sheep/Etc)
- Clinical skills in small animal or mixed animal medicine
- Proficiency in interpreting laboratory tests and imaging results
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Experience in a clinical veterinary setting
- Willingness to work on site in Abu Dhabi and participate in weekend or on call rotations
