Job Purpose
Deliver second-line support to organizational end users.
Maintain, modify, upgrade, and administer applications and solutions.
Assist with the design, delivery, and improvement of applications and systems.
Principal Accountabilities
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Analyze business needs and conceptualize solutions for customers.
- Coordinate tasks with customers, team members, and product vendors.
- Document and maintain the knowledge database.
- Provide 24x7 response to business or IT operations calls and attend on site.
- Provide second-line application support and maintain a high degree of customer service.
- Restore normal service operation and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
- Update customers through the service desk on call progress.
Education and Experience
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
- Professional certifications in products such as MCSD are preferred.
- At least 5 years of information technology experience is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Experience across multiple industries is preferred.
