Job Purpose
Plan and organize the efficient operation and maintenance of HR databases and systems.
Support systems including payroll, time off, employee records, and benefits while protecting confidential employee information.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain HR databases and systems and ensure their efficient operation.
- Ensure adequate security controls safeguard confidential data and the integrity of employee information.
- Provide information, training, and technical support to system users.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Professional degree or professional qualification in HR and IT, with specialized training in Information Systems.
- Understand cloud offerings technology in HR functions.
Job Skills and Competencies
- Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are required for the job.
- Competencies include attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem solving, quality and productivity orientation, flexibility, customer service orientation, and willingness to learn.
Experience
- 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years of similar HR systems experience.
- Experience introducing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle and SAP systems related to HR.
- Experience delivering training on all Oracle and SAP HR modules.
Contract Type
- The role is offered on a fixed-term contract of one year.
