- Support Day 0 training and Day 1 onboarding formalities
- Validate new joiners’ documents and manage attendance reporting
- Coordinate with WFS, PxT, HR, and payroll teams
- Manage NCNS cases, attrition tracking, and associate queries
- Handle shift changes, schedule updates, and OT communication
- Support exit formalities and badge/asset collection
- Act as the main point of contact between associates and client operations
