- Liaise with international examination boards and ensure compliance with examination standards
- Monitor student progress, assessments, and academic performance
- Develop and implement learning schemes, teaching resources, and educational programs
- Conduct teacher training and support continuous professional development
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate teaching staff to maintain educational excellence
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of dance teachers
- Plan and coordinate educational events, performances, workshops, camps, and graduations
- Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations
Requirements
- Experience in dance education and department management
- Knowledge of examination board standards and syllabus implementation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
