About the Role
Adecco seeks a Customer Development Operations Executive in Dubai to support finance operations including payment follow-up, claim processing, and account reconciliation. The role involves coordinating with account managers, updating systems, and supporting month-end closing.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on payments with account managers, get receipts allocated and cleared
- Share SOAs at the beginning of the month with account managers with payment deadlines
- Send claim submission deadlines to account managers
- Update AP amendments in Unify
- Consolidate and review claims with UVE settlement file, assign budgets, send for approval and processing
- Process overheads/supply chain charges via CORA tool
- Send ageing report and follow up with account managers
- Check provisions (TTS, overheads, etc.) and offset provisions and their corresponding reversals
- Check deductions and DNs posted and get them offset against each other
- Support the Finance lead for month end closing/Forecasting process
Requirements
- Experience in accounts receivable or customer development operations
- Knowledge of claim submission and settlement processes
- Proficiency in financial systems (Unify, CORA) preferred
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to support month end closing and forecasting

Key Responsibilities

- Once claims are received, consolidate and review with UVE settlement file, assign budgets, send for approval and processing
- Process overheads/supply chain charges via CORA tool
- Send ageing report and follow up with account managers
- Check on the provisions TTS, overheads, etc. and offset provisions and their corresponding reversals and clean the provision account
- Check on the deductions and DNs posted and get the same offset against each other and clear from the customer accounts
- Nil claims are received quarterly and TTS provisions are reviewed accordingly
- Support the Finance lead for the month end closing/Forecasting process
