Role Description
Support daily vendor management and coordination activities.
Assist with vendor onboarding, documentation, communication, data maintenance, performance tracking, and administrative processes.
Help ensure vendors are managed efficiently and in line with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vendor registration and onboarding, collect and review required documents, and maintain accurate vendor profiles.
- Update vendor information in relevant systems and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders on pending actions.
- Coordinate requests, agreements, service requirements, and other operational matters.
- Work with procurement, purchasing, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and other relevant teams.
- Prepare vendor reports, maintain contracts and documentation, and track vendor performance information.
- Organize review materials, monitor outstanding actions, and assist with vendor evaluations and compliance activities.
- Gather information and coordinate follow-ups to support resolution of vendor-related issues.
- Maintain reliable vendor data, identify recurring issues, support standardized procedures, and keep records accurate and complete.
