Role Description
Support daily merchandising activities and coordinate products throughout the product lifecycle.
Work with merchandising, product, purchasing, sales, marketing, suppliers, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product information and assist with product selection and assortment planning.
- Prepare product listings and merchandising materials and support product launches and promotional activities.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, inventory levels, sales performance, and product movement.
- Conduct market and competitor research and support sales and inventory analysis.
- Prepare product presentations, reports, and promotional updates.
- Coordinate product samples, communicate with suppliers, and update product databases or systems.
- Follow up on purchase and delivery schedules and keep product information current across relevant channels.
- Identify product or inventory issues, coordinate follow-up actions, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Merchandising, Fashion, Retail, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of merchandising, retail operations, product assortment, inventory, pricing, and sales processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, numerical, communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
