- Source and secure vehicles for consignment through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms
- Meet with vehicle owners to explain the company's consignment process and benefits
- Conduct vehicle inspections and gather all required documentation
- Negotiate consignment agreements with vehicle owners
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to advertise consigned vehicles
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding inquiries, offers, and the status of their vehicles
- Follow up with potential buyers and assist throughout the sales process
- Ensure all vehicle records, contracts, and documentation are complete and accurate
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly vehicle acquisition and sales targets
- Monitor market trends and recommend competitive pricing strategies
- Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle consignment, or customer facing sales
- Strong knowledge of the UAE used car market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
