Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at the final stage of the sales process to close vehicle deals effectively
- Negotiate pricing, financing terms, trade in values, and upsell opportunities
- Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and documentation are accurate and completed promptly
- Work closely with Sales Consultants and Finance Department to streamline the deal closing process
- Follow up with potential customers who are undecided to convert warm leads into sales
- Maintain up to date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Deliver a professional and customer focused experience to every client
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on closing deals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High energy, confidence, and a persuasive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle objections professionally
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
