About the Role
Carzilla Motors is looking for a motivated Car Sales & Purchasing Executive to buy and sell pre-owned vehicles, negotiate prices, and build customer relationships. The role requires 2+ years of automotive sales experience in the UAE, a valid UAE driving license, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Buy and source quality pre owned vehicles from individual sellers, dealers, auctions, and other channels.
- Sell vehicles while delivering excellent customer service and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate vehicle purchase and selling prices to maximize company profitability.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and evaluate market value, condition, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations, purchase agreements, sales documents, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle transactions.
- Stay updated on automotive market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle purchasing, or a similar role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE used car market and vehicle valuation.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
