- Handle cash transactions, invoices, and receipts accurately
- Promote company products to achieve sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities and report market insights
Requirements
- Valid manual driving license with experience operating a 3 ton truck
- Prior experience in water, food, or FMCG distribution
- Physically fit to handle 5 gallon bottles; minimum height 165 cm
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service and sales oriented mindset

Short Description
- Responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering products to customers.
- Ensure timely support, maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
- Handle cash, documentation, and customer interactions.
Vehicle & Safety
- Operate delivery truck safely and comply with traffic regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, brakes).
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the truck.
- Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during loading, unloading, and driving.
Delivery Operations
- Execute daily delivery schedules for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Load and unload 5 gallon water bottles and cartons efficiently.
- Collect empty bottles and replace with new ones per orders.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and submit visit reports.
- Navigate routes to optimize delivery time and fuel efficiency.
Sales & Cash Management
- Promote products to existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Handle cash transactions, invoices, and receipts accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation for sales and collections.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Lead and supervise Assistant/Helper during deliveries.
Market Awareness & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Report market trends, complaints, and challenges to supervisor.
- Provide insights to improve service quality and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid manual driving license with 3 ton truck experience.
- Prior experience in water, food, or FMCG distribution.
- Physically fit to handle 5 gallon bottles; minimum height 165 cm.
