Job Scope
Sell and deliver company products to customers and retail outlets along an assigned route.
Manage customer collections according to company policies while supporting sales growth and product availability.
Maintain customer relationships, sales targets, stock accuracy, and timely cash-flow reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company van along the assigned route according to the daily schedule.
- Sell and deliver products directly to customers and retail outlets.
- Load, unload, and safely secure stock in the van.
- Maintain accurate stock and sales records for the assigned van.
- Build and maintain customer relationships along the assigned route.
- Collect cash and cheque payments according to company policies.
- Submit collection documentation on time and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Report competitor activities, market feedback, and market trends.
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, groceries, and pharmacies on assigned routes.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG van sales experience.
- Experience with non-food FMCG products, including household, personal care, hygiene, tissue, cleaning, or disposable products.
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of the Qatar retail market is preferred.
Compensation
- The source states pay from QAR 1 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person, with route-based travel to retail outlets and customer locations.
