Role Overview
Join the FMCG distribution team as a target-driven Van Salesman in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, groceries, and pharmacies on assigned routes.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.
- Manage van stock and prepare daily sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of FMCG van sales experience.
- Experience in non-food FMCG products, including household, personal care, hygiene, tissue, cleaning, or disposable products.
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of the Qatar retail market is preferred.
