About the Role

Manage warehouse operations and inventory for raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished products.

Support production through efficient material handling in a water bottling, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.

Warehouse Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Store and issue bottles, caps, labels, packaging materials, chemicals, spare parts, and finished products.
  • Maintain inventory records and stock transactions using ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, slow-moving items, and excess stock.
  • Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Apply FIFO/FEFO inventory principles.
  • Coordinate material requirements with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain suitable storage conditions for bottling materials and finished products.

Required Qualifications

  • Two to five years of Storekeeper experience in a water bottling, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and material documentation.
  • Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

  • Additional logistics or supply chain qualifications are an advantage.
  • Experience handling PET bottles, caps, labels, shrink wraps, pallets, chemicals, and finished bottled water products is preferred.
  • Experience in water bottling plants or beverage manufacturing facilities is preferred.
  • Forklift operation knowledge is an advantage.

Pay

  • Pay is QAR 2,500 per month.

Work Location

  • The work location is in person.
