Job Scope
The Storekeeper manages and controls the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods within the factory.
The role maintains accurate inventory records, proper storage conditions, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store bottles, caps, labels, packaging, chemicals, and spare parts properly.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in monthly and annual inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed where applicable.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and finance departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage regulations.
Pay
- Pay starts from QAR 1 per month as stated in the job description.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.

- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records in an ERP system.
- Ability to apply FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
- Ability to comply with safety, hygiene, and storage regulations.
- Ability to coordinate materials and inventory activities with purchasing, production, and finance departments.
