The Value Stream Owner leads end-to-end delivery and optimization of a technology value stream.
The role connects enterprise strategy to measurable business and customer outcomes.
The position works with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams.
Employment and compensation
- The role is full-time and regular in the Technology department.
- The stated compensation range is CAD 102,912 to CAD 149,738 and includes base salary and potential incentive pay.
- Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, individual performance, and company results.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with business and technical teams.
- Translate ideas into user stories, epics, personas, and acceptance criteria.
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, process maps, data flows, and documentation.
- Use application tools and data analysis to support requirements and solution validation.
- Design scalable, user-centered solutions for customer and internal experiences.
- Prioritize the product backlog, run sprint planning, and support Agile delivery.
- Partner with QA on testing and validation.
