Responsibilities
- Translate business requests into user stories, acceptance criteria, process notes, and product artifacts.
- Participate in discovery sessions and capture the rationale, users, and desired outcomes for proposed solutions.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and delivery follow-ups.
- Create process maps, data flows, decision notes, and documentation.
