Role details
Senior Product Manager, Water role in the Product & Marketing department reporting to the Director of Product Management.
The role is accountable for the commercial performance and lifecycle execution of the water heater and water purification portfolio.
The role leads a team of two product managers and one analyst and connects product strategy with frontline execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own water portfolio P&L performance against revenue, margin, and retention targets.
- Execute pricing strategy, offer architecture, and lifecycle optimization within portfolio guardrails.
- Drive unit additions, renewal lift, and churn reduction through data-driven offers and experience improvements.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, forecasts, and variance explanations.
- Lead initiatives that increase multi-product household penetration.
