La personne titulaire dirige l’analytique, les produits de données, les rapports, les KPI harmonisés et les solutions de tableaux de bord.
Responsabilités
- Diriger et développer une équipe d’analystes de données et de développeurs.
- Gérer des produits de données gouvernés sur une fondation medallion Bronze, Silver et Gold.
- Maintenir les rapports opérationnels existants et les moderniser vers l’état cible.
- Livrer des analyses pour les centres d’appels, les fonctions administratives, les produits et les rapports financiers.
- Façonner la stratégie de données et la feuille de route d’architecture.
- Diriger des analyses de haut niveau et les présenter à la direction.
- Communiquer les risques, dépendances et compromis aux dirigeants.
- Promouvoir la gouvernance, la qualité, la propriété des données et le contrôle des changements.
