About the Role
Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar seeks a Valet Parking Attendant to provide a smooth and welcoming arrival/departure experience for guests. Responsibilities include driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles, as well as offering directions and recommendations.

- Greet guest arriving at the resort and drive their vehicle safely to a designated parking area
- Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- Monitors property front entrance and guest arrivals
- Reports any problems or unusual activities to management
- Provides exceptional, courteous, friendly and memorable service to guests and employees that differentiates us from the competition
- Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet check in
- Parks vehicles in designated areas in accordance with standard stacking procedures to maximize speed and efficiency of parking service
- Retrieves vehicles from valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines and offers guests a sincere farewell, assists with bags and offers directions
Requirements
- Must have a driving license
- Must have previous relevant work experience
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work all shifts including AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays

Essential Functions
- The Valet Parking Attendant forms part of the Rooms Division and assists in the hotel lobby and arrival/departure experience of the hotel.
- A valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure.
- The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of guest services and in front of house operations.
- Creativity and organization are key along with strong work ethics and people skills.
- Applicants are required to have at least three to five years in room division capacity.
- Good Communication skills
- Must have previous relevant work experience.
- Must have a driving license
