Job Purpose
Manage and coordinate utility requirements and project interfaces to support timely and successful project delivery.
Integrate infrastructure, utilities, design, construction, authorities, and external stakeholders across assigned projects.
Utilities and Interface Management
- Develop and maintain utility strategies, interface management plans, registers, and coordination procedures.
- Coordinate power, water, wastewater, stormwater, telecommunications, district cooling, gas, and other applicable utility services.
- Identify utility networks and assess conflicts, diversions, relocations, connections, and capacity requirements.
Approvals and Coordination
- Coordinate with utility providers, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate approvals and connections.
- Monitor utility applications, NOCs, permits, approvals, and connection requirements against project schedules.
- Lead utility and interface coordination meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Project Delivery and Risk
- Monitor interface activities against the project programme and escalate issues that may affect milestones or construction progress.
