Job Purpose
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of major projects in line with approved scope, budget, programme, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Project Delivery
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery from project initiation through completion and handover.
- Develop and manage execution plans, programmes, budgets, milestones, resources, and delivery strategies.
- Ensure delivery within approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination across design, technical, commercial, procurement, construction, HSE, and other functions.
- Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project delivery partners.
- Monitor milestones and KPIs and implement recovery or mitigation plans.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, expenditure, variations, and financial performance.
- Manage change control and assess effects on scope, cost, programme, and quality.
- Chair progress, coordination, and stakeholder meetings and implement actions and decisions.
Governance and Handover
- Maintain relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
