Synechron has an immediate opening for a UiPath Test Automation Lead in Abu Dhabi.
The role is full-time and supports banking-domain technology delivery.

Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and BDD Cucumber.
- Set up and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments and unattended robots.
- Schedule automated executions and develop reusable UiPath automation workflows.
- Integrate automated testing into GitLab CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Maintain repositories, design pipelines, and deploy applications to Kubernetes with Helm.
- Apply continuous testing, service virtualization, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead automation teams, mentor members, and deliver complex enterprise programs.
Experience and Domain Qualifications
- The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience integrating UiPath Test Automation, Selenium, and API tests with GitLab pipelines.
- Experience covers web, mobile, API, and desktop applications using Java, VB, Selenium, UFT, and related technologies.
- The domain includes corporate banking, operations, payments, and financial-services platforms.
- Experience includes bank mergers, disaster recovery exercises, regulatory changes, and large-scale transformation programs.
- The role includes managing distributed teams across onshore, offshore, and multi-vendor delivery models.
Technical Skills and Certifications
- Strong expertise is required in GitLab CI/CD, including repository management, pipeline design, deployment automation, and testing integration.
- Cloud-based testing experience includes BrowserStack for cross-browser and mobile testing.
- Service virtualization experience includes IBM Rational Integration Tester.
- The source states certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner, HashiCorp Terraform, and IBM RFT.
