Role Overview
Synechron is seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise artificial intelligence and automation solutions.
The role establishes AI architecture standards, governance frameworks, security practices, and solution documentation.
The architect provides technical leadership to development teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners.
Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable, and responsible enterprise AI and generative AI solutions.
- Lead AI agents, copilots, and intelligent assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Lyzr.
- Implement intelligent automation with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Use Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI to develop enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
- Establish architecture standards, reference models, design patterns, and technical roadmaps.
- Define governance for responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, risk, data protection, and human oversight.
- Create standards for prompt management, access controls, monitoring, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, documentation, and architecture decision records.
- Evaluate AI technologies and recommend solutions based on business, technical, security, and cost requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring while collaborating with architecture, security, data, infrastructure, legal, compliance, and business teams.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in technology, architecture, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing AI or generative AI architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Lyzr, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI, generative AI, AI agents, copilots, automation, APIs, and cloud architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience translating business requirements into secure and practical AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
