Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products.
Own the workflow from research and wireframes through polished, developer-ready designs.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, then iterate based on findings.
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Partner closely with engineering on handoff and implementation QA.
Experience
- At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped digital products.
Technical Requirements
- Expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive or adaptive layouts, and grid systems.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints for realistic handoff.
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Experience with prototyping and user-flow tools such as Figma Prototype, Framer, ProtoPie, Miro, or FigJam.
- Comfort with analytics and testing tools such as Hotjar, Maze, or GA4.
- Familiarity with version control and collaboration workflows including Git, Jira, and Notion.
Nice to Have
- Motion design, design tokens, or experience in an agile product team is advantageous.
