Join the engineering team to write production Rust and Golang across backend services, embedded firmware, and blockchain protocol code.
Start on one technical track and rotate as you grow, with every change receiving senior review.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Rust code in HTTP/gRPC services, device firmware, or protocol and smart-contract logic.
- Write tests, fix bugs, and improve existing modules.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Debug real problems, including failing requests, flaky hardware, and unexpected on-chain behavior.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience or strong personal or open-source projects.
- Professional experience with both Rust and Golang.
- Strong Rust fundamentals, including ownership, borrowing, Result, Option, traits, and error handling.
- Comfort with Git, the command line, and reading unfamiliar code.
- Clear written communication and willingness to learn from review.
Helpful in at Least One Track
- Backend experience with async Rust, Tokio, Axum or Actix, SQL, serde, or Docker.
- Embedded experience with no_std, C, microcontrollers, Cortex-M, ESP32, or RISC-V.
- Embedded experience with I2C, SPI, UART, and reading datasheets.
- Blockchain experience with consensus, cryptography, Solana/Anchor, Substrate, or CosmWasm.
Nice to Have
- Open-source contributions or a public portfolio is advantageous.
- Exposure to C/C++, WebAssembly, or distributed systems is advantageous.
- Security or CTF experience is advantageous.
