Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• This is an onsite role in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Candidates available within the UAE will be considered only.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in a technical lead, senior engineer, or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development and software architecture.
• Ability to mentor team members and drive technical decisions.
• Experience delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with .NET or ASP.NET Core is preferred.
• Exposure to React or other front-end technologies is preferred.
• Dockerization experience and CI/CD pipeline exposure are preferred.
• Infrastructure or cloud awareness is preferred.
• Cybersecurity awareness or secure development practices are preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced delivery environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution across development workstreams.
• Guide architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Review technical solutions, code quality, and delivery standards.
• Mentor developers through technical guidance and problem-solving.
• Collaborate on priorities and delivery plans with product, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
• Participate in estimation, planning, and release coordination.
• Support scalability, maintainability, performance, testing, deployment readiness, and production issue resolution.
