Job Description
The role is a Senior UI React Engineer position based in Noida.
The position requires 6-8 years of experience.
Mandatory Skills
- React, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript ES6+, React Hooks, React Maps, React performance optimization, Redux, TanStack Query, and React Testing Library are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable React enterprise applications and reusable component architectures.
- Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
- Drive React Hooks, Redux state management, and component-driven frontend architecture.
- Own assigned modules through design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
- Conduct code reviews and improve CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot production and performance issues through root cause analysis and sustainable fixes.
- Implement TanStack Query for asynchronous data handling and caching.
Mandatory Competencies
- Demonstrate technical ownership and accountability while delivering complex frontend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex technical and production challenges.
- Mentor junior developers and communicate risks and delivery progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate adaptability, continuous learning, initiative, attention to detail, and balance technical quality with business priorities.
