Job Description
The Java Lead role is based in Gurugram and requires 8-10 years of experience.
The role provides technical leadership for enterprise application architecture, modernization, and cloud-native engineering.
Mandatory Skills
- Java 8+, object-oriented programming, data structures, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Backend unit testing with JUnit and application development with JPA and Spring Boot.
- Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Security with JWT, Kafka, messaging middleware, and MS SQL.
- GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead modernization, framework selection, cloud-native adoption, distributed systems, API ecosystems, and event-driven architecture.
