Role Overview
The company is seeking a safety-focused UAV Pilot for its Flight Operations Division.
The role supports commercial clients and internal R&D through aerial target services, UAV inspection, data collection, and flight testing.
Approximately half of the working time involves deployment across the UAE, including remote and off-road areas, with possible international deployment.
Mission Planning and Execution
- Plan and conduct UAV operations under GCAA regulations, approved procedures, and client requirements.
- Complete airspace assessments, NOTAM reviews, weather briefings, risk assessments, and site surveys.
- Execute commercial and R&D missions including aerial targets, inspections, data collection, and flight testing.
- Act as Pilot-in-Command or Remote Pilot-in-Command and make go/no-go decisions.
- Monitor UAV systems, payload performance, and airspace throughout flight operations.
- Conduct post-flight debriefs and document flight activities accurately.
Ground Station and Equipment
- Set up, configure, calibrate, and operate ground control stations, communications equipment, antennas, and related hardware.
