Warehouse Helper

Role Overview

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with receiving, unloading, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials and supplies.
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment in designated storage locations.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
• Move materials safely within warehouse and production areas.

Inventory Support

• Support stock counting and inventory checks.
• Identify, label, and tag materials and equipment.
• Check quantities and physical condition of materials when required.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and follow storage and handling procedures.

Production and General Support

• Provide material movement and preparation support to Production and Operations teams.
• Deliver required materials, tools, and components to designated work areas.
• Collect and return unused materials, tools, and equipment to the warehouse.
• Assist with basic packing and preparation of UAV-related components and equipment.
• Assist with deliveries, collections, stocktaking, audits, maintenance, and other assigned warehouse duties.

Safety and Housekeeping

• Follow company health and safety procedures and use appropriate PPE when required.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and potential hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow procedures for heavy, fragile, or sensitive materials.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license.
• High school education or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physical fitness and comfort with lifting, moving, and handling materials.
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• One to two years of relevant experience is preferred, and UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Material handling, loading and unloading, stock counting, inventory support, picking and packing, and warehouse organization.
• Basic documentation, record keeping, safe handling of tools and materials, workplace safety awareness, teamwork, communication, and basic computer skills.
