- Contribute to development and implementation of IKEA Sales & Range action plan for stores
- Stay in weekly contact and support shopkeepers in stores
- Select and ensure availability of products for all marketing activities
- Support stores by producing buying guides for complex product series
- Coordinate range issues between stores and central retail management
- Set prices on IKEA range in cooperation with store sales managers
- Make sales budgets for the IKEA range
- Maintain in depth knowledge of local home furnishings market, trends, and competitors
- Drive annual plan for Sales & Range as matrix manager for shopkeepers
- Periodically source relevant ranges locally and handle local suppliers
- Monitor range availability to achieve agreed goals
- Support store shopkeepers to conduct competitor analysis
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 5+ years in retail experience, preferably as an IKEA shopkeeper
- Strategic, analytical, and tactical abilities with genuine interest in home furnishings
- Strong mathematical skills for gross margin calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate

Overview of the Role
- Regional Sales & Range Leader drives sales and optimizes product range across home furnishing Business Areas.
- Sets and achieves sales and gross margin goals as determined by regional commercial management.
- Maintains in depth market knowledge and implements strategies aligned with IKEA's global and local business plans.
What You Will Do
- Contribute actively in development and implementation of IKEA Sales & Range action plan.
- Stay in weekly contact and support shopkeepers in stores.
- Select and ensure availability of products for all marketing activities.
- Support stores by producing buying guides for complex product series.
- Coordinate range issues between stores and central retail management.
- Set prices on IKEA range in cooperation with store sales managers.
- Make sales budgets for the IKEA range.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of local home furnishings market, trends, and competitors.
- Promote alternative products when top selling products are unavailable.
- Ensure systems and methods stated in IKEA Concept Documentation are implemented.
- Drive annual plan for Sales & Range as matrix manager for shopkeepers.
- Periodically source relevant ranges locally and handle local suppliers.

What Qualifies You
- University degree.
