- Oversee the architectural design process from concept to project completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations
- Review and coordinate design submissions, ensuring alignment with the master plan and authority requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to support project delivery and approvals
- Review architectural designs, space planning, and development proposals to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance
- Ensure integration of architectural, structural, and MEP designs throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage consultants and contractors to ensure adherence to DIEZ regulations, design quality, and project timelines
- Conduct site inspections and support timely authority approvals while identifying and resolving design or compliance issues
- Contribute to master planning, urban development, and public realm initiatives to support sustainable and integrated developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and urban planning
- Proven knowledge of UAE authority regulations, codes, and standards
- Experience working in the UAE, with familiarity in local authority approval processes, is preferred
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Purpose
- To design, review the feedback on the authority design submissions and provide technical feedback in line with DIEZ regulations.
Responsibilities
