- Develop and implement strategic sales and leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across commercial and industrial properties
- Identify target tenant segments and market opportunities
- Establish pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives
- Achieve leasing targets and revenue goals set by the company
- Oversee leasing activities for the commercial property portfolio
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tenant demand to adjust strategies
- Ensure optimal tenant mix across commercial and industrial assets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Account – Commercial team to achieve performance targets
- Set KPIs, track team performance, and provide regular coaching and guidance
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and formatting of executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leasing, sales, business development, or property management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and driving revenue growth within commercial and/or industrial real estate portfolio
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics, leasing regulations, and commercial property management practices

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales and leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across commercial and industrial properties.
- Identify target tenant segments and market opportunities.
- Establish pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives.
- Achieve leasing targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Portfolio Management
- Oversee leasing activities for the commercial property portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tenant demand to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure optimal tenant mix across commercial and industrial assets.
Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Account – Commercial team to achieve performance targets.
- Set KPIs, track team performance, and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Reporting
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and formatting of executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and correspondence.
- Ensure reports are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and aligned with organizational standards and branding.
- Maintain trackers for KPIs, partnerships documentation, and executive requests as directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leasing, sales, business development, or property management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and driving revenue growth within commercial and/or industrial real estate portfolio.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics, leasing regulations, and commercial property management practices.
