Job Purpose

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • :Support the analysis of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results and assist in tracking action plans to ensure closure of identified issues and continuous service improvemen
  • tSupport the monitoring and enhancement of the customer journey to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints within Dubai Airport Freezone
  • .Provide coordination support for leadership and client engagement initiatives, including ‘Leadership Visits’ and ‘Get to Know My Client’ visits, ensuring proper scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
  • .Contribute to the planning and execution of business events, networking sessions, and client-focused initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • .Support the delivery of client business and growth initiatives, including workshops, awareness sessions, and knowledge enrichment programs aimed at enhancing client journey and retention
  • .Contribute to the ongoing development, enhancement, and operational support of platforms such as Power Hub, including vendor onboarding coordination and user engagement activities
