Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective
- Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements
- Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption
- Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting
- Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery
- Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Develop exception management dashboards and early warning reports using analytics tools to identify process risks and business exceptions

Job Overview
- We are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.
- In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.
- The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast moving environment.
