- Expand technical skills to cover new products and systems
- Proactively identify and solve potential problems in workshop and field
- Maintain effective communication with Foreman, Service Advisor, and Service Manager
- Utilize tools and best practices from service manuals, SOW, and wiring diagrams
- Pay attention to details, standards, and specifications
- Use service checklists and implement instructions from workshop manuals

Role Overview
- The technician is responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of marine power generators.
