- Attend regular review sessions with mentors, managers, and HR
- Successfully complete all assigned learning programmes and development milestones
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements
- UAEN with a valid Khulasat Al Qaid
- Fresh graduate
- Must not have worked in any bank during the last 12 months
- Bachelor's Degree completed
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Willing to commit to a 2 year graduate programme based in Dubai
