About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function across the business
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations
- Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding for internal staff
- Manage employment contracts and HR documentation
- Support workforce planning and organizational development
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition
- Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics
- Support compensation and benefits administration
- Coordinate visa and labour related HR processes (with PRO where applicable)
- Drive process improvements and HR governance
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of UAE HR experience
- 2+ years in an HR leadership role managing at least 1–2 team members
- Experience within manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or EOR preferred
- Experience supporting both corporate and operational employees
- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment
