Role Overview
Tasreea Business Center Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Typist.
The role supports business setup processes and legal documentation through accurate typing and processing of government forms and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Type and process applications for Emirates ID, visa services, labor, immigration, and economic departments.
- Prepare and submit documents through MOHRE, ICA, DED, GDRFA, and other government portals.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all submissions.
- Follow up on application status and resolve issues.
- Support the PRO team with document clearance, renewals, cancellations, and related tasks.
- Provide customer service to clients regarding typing and document preparation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UAE typing centers or PRO services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government systems and portals.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English typing.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Education and Experience
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- At least three years of typist experience is required.
- English language proficiency is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
