Job Description
The role combines creative embroidery design with hands-on machine operation to produce high-quality embroidered products from digital file to finished garment.
Production Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and digitize DST and EMB embroidery designs from client logos and artwork.
- Set up and operate single-head and multi-head embroidery machines.
- Perform hooping, backing selection, thread color setup, and tension adjustments.
- Test designs on sample fabric, refine them before production, and inspect finished embroidery for defects.
- Perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot thread breaks and technical issues, and meet daily production targets.
- Coordinate with sales and tailoring teams on order specifications.
Requirements
- At least two years of embroidery machine operation and digitizing experience is required.
- Proficiency in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio or similar embroidery software is required.
- Experience with Tajima, Barudan, or similar machines is required.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of fabrics, stabilizers, and threads are required.
- The role requires the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
- Good English communication skills are required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
