Customer Service Representative

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, including quotations, designs, sizes, and delivery times.
• Guide customers through uniform fabrics, styles, colors, sizes, and branding methods such as embroidery, printing, and patches.
• Collect and confirm quantities, sizes, logos, artwork files, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with the production and embroidery team on digitization, sizing, and completion timelines.
• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and payment links, then follow up on payments and confirmations.
• Update customers on order status, production progress, and delivery or pickup arrangements.
• Resolve issues involving sizes, colors, logos, or delivery in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain organized records of customer communications, orders, and files in the company system or CRM.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or uniform/apparel sales is preferred.
• Basic understanding of garments, sizes, and embroidery or printing is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required, while Arabic is a strong plus.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple orders are required.
• Comfort using WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools is required.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,200 to AED 2,700 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
