About the Role
3SHR Consulting is seeking an experienced Trust Lawyer in Dubai to support trust administration, legal drafting, and AML/CFT compliance. The role requires strong trust law knowledge, UAE AML/CFT experience, and Russian language proficiency, with a salary of AED 18,000-20,000 per month.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and other trust related legal documentation
- Develop, maintain, and update legal precedents, templates, and standard documentation for the Trust Division
- Provide legal advice on trust structures, fiduciary arrangements, and corporate matters
- Support AML/CFT compliance, including CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting
- Participate in AML audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory checks
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of trust products and services
- Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on trust law and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Proven experience in Trust Law, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Corporate Services, or Financial Services Law
- Experience drafting and reviewing trust related legal documentation
- Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements
- Exposure to AML audits, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, compliance reviews, and goAML reporting
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Must be based in the UAE

About the Job
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities Trust & Legal Advisory
- Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and other trust related legal documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and update legal precedents, templates, and standard documentation.
- Provide legal advice on trust structures, fiduciary arrangements, and corporate matters.
- Support establishment and administration of trust structures.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting trusts.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Support AML/CFT compliance requirements in line with UAE regulations.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), sanctions screening.
- Assist with goAML reporting requirements.
- Participate in AML audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments.
- Support development of compliance frameworks, policies, procedures.
Operations & Product Development
- Support preparation and review of trust accounts.
- Contribute to development of trust products and services.
- Stay informed on international tax developments and regulatory changes.
- Deliver training to internal teams on trust law and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Trust Law, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Corporate Services, or Financial Services Law.
- Experience drafting trust related legal documentation.
- Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations.
- Exposure to AML audits, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, goAML.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Must be based in the UAE.
- Russian language proficiency required.
