- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and corporate meetings
- Sell serviced offices, private offices, coworking memberships, virtual offices, and meeting room solutions
- Conduct office tours and convert prospects into clients
- Build relationships with startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing deals
- Achieve monthly sales, occupancy, and revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Develop referral partnerships with business setup consultants, brokers, and channel partners
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE Business Development or Sales experience within a Business Center, Serviced Office, Coworking Space, or Flexible Workspace company
- Must have a proven track record of selling office space and business center solutions
- Experience meeting revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
- UAE market knowledge is essential

Salary
- AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Attractive Incentives
