We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trust & AML Compliance Lawyer to join our growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and other trust related legal documentation
- Develop, maintain, and update legal precedents, templates, and standard documentation for the Trust Division
- Provide legal advice and guidance on trust structures, trust products, and related corporate matters
- Support the establishment and administration of trust structures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting trusts, fiduciary services, and international wealth structuring
- Oversee AML/CFT compliance requirements in line with UAE regulations and applicable Free Zone requirements
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring activities
- Manage and support goAML reporting requirements where necessary
- Perform internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance checks
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and regulatory manuals
- Advise on AML/CFT obligations and regulatory requirements
- Support the preparation and review of trust accounts and related documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Proven experience in Trust Law, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Wealth Structuring, Corporate Services, or Financial Services Law
- Direct experience drafting and reviewing Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and related trust documentation
- Mandatory hands on experience with UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements
- Mandatory experience conducting CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring
- Experience with goAML reporting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE Free Zone regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required
- Prior UAE experience within Trust, Fiduciary, Corporate Services, Family Office, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Compliance, or Legal sectors is required

About the Role

- The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Trust Division through legal drafting, trust administration support, regulatory compliance, risk management, AML/CFT oversight, and trust product development.
- Direct Trust/Fiduciary experience and hands on UAE AML/CFT experience are mandatory requirements for this role.

Requirements
